Yesterday at around 10:30-11am I unfortunately encountered a very rude and miserable looking staff member at the cashier. I would recommend her having a meeting with someone higher up and discussing her attitude going forward with customers.nnI won’t be coming back anytime soon until that awful woman with short hair and overly large sorts her social skills out!

The store is unfriendly to disabled people. They have 2 disabled bays, which are always used by lazy, selfish people who are not disabled despite being plenty of bays further from the front available.nWould be nice to see the store do something to enforce the parking, such as check for disability badges on cars parked in the only 2 disabled bays or improve the signage to make it more obvious so that the bays can be used by disabled people instead of lazy selfish people.

Always a pleasure to visit this place.nLots of item available.Big store and quality.But you should be concern it is a petrol station so price is not same to other shop.nStaff are very friendly and helpful.nI visit this place 3/4 times a week as It is my very local shop.

If you find something on the forecourt don’t hand it in here, it disappears without trace. It was a full wage packet that my husband found and handed in, was told it would be documented but when he went in a couple of days later and enquired none of the staff knew anything about it and it had disappeared.

Overcharged on the displayed price by 34%. Confirmed by going back and looking at prices, but by then a six person queue can be very slow here so I left. Bought same item in New Mill Coop  a few days ago and was charged the lower displayed price. Take care at this store.
