On the sad passing of my husband Lee and all at Co-op Funeral Parlour Tranent were much much more than professional. Lee made all the arrangements as easy as possible with great consideration to myself my family and my husband. I would like to say a great big Thank You for everything.
After the sad passing of our mother the family used Coop Funeral. I must say that Lee and staff was more and I mean more than professional. The staff From Tranent was fantastic. They arranged everything on a very professional manner. Thank you again.
Business practices include lying about care homes demanding you take out a plan, trawling for customers on Facebook, and holding unofficial marketing events in the run up to Christmas to get vulnerable people to sign their money away. Utterly unprofessional and unacceptable. I wouldn't trust them an inch.
Did a great job with the funeral but after paying the full bill got an invoice for another bill 6 months later then to be told it was a mistake then to get a letter from their h/o for payment . No communication me doing all the phone calls and to be made feel that I was hassling them. Totally disgusting
The staff were really good at this difficult time
