It is difficult to write a review of the service you recieved given the circumstances. However, I have to say the Co Op funeral care service Mapperley in my view was exceptional. For me it was the little touches the team delivered that made them stand out. The lady who initially picked my dad up and the respect she showed will stay with me forever, 'good afternoon sir'. Then there was the young lady who we spoke with about the arrangements and her ability to connect with me and my sisters and pick up on how sense of humour and engage with us was amazing. Finally on the day of the service, how respectfully attentive the team was so very touching.  Thank you so much for your kindness and supporting us through a difficult time.
