Terrible. Just done a Deliveroo order for 6 items. The most expensive item wasn’t included and one of the items is totally wrong. They’re not answering the phone for me to try and sort it out. I have covid and am ill so needed the items I ordered to be delivered as I am too unwell to go out. Also they didn’t put any kind of receipt in the bag.
This is a great little coop, we found the vegetables to be of a good quality and their was a good range in the store, as like most coops their is most items you would need in here although being a smaller outlet the range seems limited, having said that though it had everything we needed. The racks are quite close so wheel chair access could be tricky. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I would recommend this place if you need anything.
So I go to my local coop with the kids to buy some stuff for a smoothie and picked up a couple of bottles of ale. Get to the counter and am asked for my ID...a little bit confused and strangely flattered I produced my driving licence. No, I mean can I see all of your ID?, the young assistant said. Erm....I don't carry their ID around with me. Oh well, I'm sorry, I can't serve you. I beg your pardon? Because of the alcohol. Oh, right, well can I buy that separately and the girls buy the fruit and sweets? Er, no because you're all together. OK, well what if we all go outside and I come in and buy the beer, go outside then they come in and buy the fruit? No, because I've already seen that you're all together...I explained I'd visited plenty of times previously without question but I was still refused.nI'll leave it then. Needless to say I took my custom elsewhere. Bonkers
Very friendly and helpful staff. Hot food is available everyday and also do hotdogs, and vegan food. Has a well stocked bakery department. The shop caters for everyone
The shop in its self is very good, the assistant who served me could do with some customer service training, she did not say please when she asked for the money or thank you when I was given the goods. And no smile very poor indeed.
