Post Office service very poor recently and rules change daily depending on who serves you. Wish there was consistency and they all followed the same Post Office rules. I send the same size and weight parcel each time and one day they'll put it through as a large letter and the very next day, with someone else serving you, they'll insist it's a large parcel price which is double the postage. It's infuriating for us small business owners.
Poor stock management on delivery app has left me with no dinner for tonight. I had surgery and am housebound right now and have very little money left. I don't have enough money to spend another £10+ elsewhere just to have dinner. Now all I have is a pot of rice and jam tarts being delivered no main dinner. Cheers a bunch. Not good when recovering from surgery.
I regularly use this shop after recently moving into the area. This shop has basically everything I need. Always got something available for the need. I find the staff great and friendly when being served. There are markings on the floor for the 2m rule. Sometimes there is a que to pay but being a small shop and having to distance it doesn't help the situation
Terrible Store, Messy- always boxes and cages left unattended and long queues for the tills. There also always seem to be more staff hiding behind the scenes than on the floor or serving at the tills usually seen standing there through the door window!. Lost count of the amount of times I have made a trip there to use there post office service only to find that it is closed for some reason, usually due to training or poor staff management.nI have also been in on several occasions when the PDQ machines have been down and i have not been informed until I have waited in the queue and got to the till, all that was needed was a sign! common sense, customer interaction, switched on staff and signage all sadly missing here! use the Tesco Express nearby instead
This co-op is quite small with not much space to move around in. selection is decent but the prices are higher than competitors. Staff here are lovely but the shop can get quite busy once Westfield Academy finishes in the afternoon
