Suguna,who is usually on the till is such a lovely lady.She always has a smile and is so helpful.I visit the Co Op almost daily and it is a brilliant little shop with everything you need and more.nReally friendly staff who are happy to help you.nLovely clean and tidy shop.
This is a lovely place to shop. The staff are pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Today, knowing I was convalescing, one of the lady assistants not only packed my shopping but carried it out to my car.nThis kind of customer care is priceless. Thank you all.
Its a village store but the bonus is co-op have invested in Walton on the Hill - For that i am grateful ! plus my star assistant Kay always has a smile early mornings.
I go to the co op often and i have never seen a shop that has such amazing staff. The manager works so hard and is a credit to the co op.nI think head office must be very happy with a shop that delivers so much and I for one will enjoy going there.
I went in on the 9th of January for some yogurt. The only yogurts that where left where strawberry from every brand, I went in at about 5pm so that was understandable. I ate the yogurt it was fine but when I went to get another one out of the fridge today I realised the best before date was the 9th of January! So even though the yogurt was tasted fine when I ate it I want to know why it was possible for you to still sell a product that was best before the day it was brought and it’s not like they was reduced either I still paid full price for yogurts that were out of date!
