Obviously they do need more staff - when caught short with a lack of ingredients for something I was half way through cooking I phoned to check if they had any (around 7pm at night)...despite ringing several times, no-one answered at all - and I wasn't going make the 10 minute walk without knowing they had what I needed - not impressed!  However, they are always helpful and friendly when I go in, even though the choice is pretty limited...
