Honestly I’ve never been in a shop with ruder staff. Especially the short Indian woman. I pretty much got told off for attempting to buy an energy drink while my younger cousin was with me. The way she spoke to me was disgusting, and in-front of a long line of people too. So upsetting

It gets bad reviews but I got what I wanted at a fair price. I used the self checkout till though so didn’t get to experience the service that seems to get such bad reviews.

rude staff ignoring customers. turning their back when they see a customer is honna ask something. the good thing is ai is coming for them.

Tilgate coop is not suitable for delivery/riders. Shortage of staff causes delays and delivery issues rises. Uber eats or just eat customer report for delays. Date: 26/06/2024 the morning shifts staffs are very rude and lazy specially the lady.

I really don’t understand why the customer service in this store in particular is so poor. There are only a few team members that are friendly, but the staff that have been there for years are awful , today the man at the till was extremely rude, he didn’t bother greeting even though I greeted him and said thank you to him for pay my money to this company, no response. I really don’t know if it’s racism or rudeness, lines get blurred these days. The Asian/ Indian lady is really the worst, infact she’s literally won the the crown for the most sullen, unfriendly and rude customer service advisor ever!!!!! I wish coop would close down and give the opportunity to another supermarket because it’s clear they have no vested interest in maintaining the integrity of their brand in this store. Absolutely AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
