I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Moray Way Co-op. I visited with my young son to buy a small treat, and when we asked a staff member young male, ginger beard, scruffy appearance if a product was in stock, he responded “I don’t know,” turned away, and continued picking an order without helping us.nnThis is the second time I have experienced this dismissive and unprofessional behaviour from the same employee. When I asked who the manager was, he shrugged and said “myself,” and even denied knowing me from the previous visit.nnThis behaviour is unacceptable, especially in front of my child, and does not reflect the friendly service I’ve usually experienced at this store. I hope Co-op takes this seriously and ensures proper training and corrective action.
The shop is very nice on the inside and the cashier, who was very handsome, helped me pick out a present for my brothers birthday. I think his name tag said Daniel. Amazing experience overall, would give a stars if I could
After a poor experience with their third party delievery service, they refused to aid in helping me find my order and shrugged it off like it was nothing. Manager was very dismissive once the delievery driver turned up with my order after 2 hours and never saw an issue with the delievery. I had rang the store over 5 times, the delievery driver lied saying they had a burst tire and was extremely rude. Both this business and Uber Eats are appauling.
Female at the tills needs to be fired asap, her attitude towards her work and customers is appalling. I wouldn’t want someone like that representing my company
When you order a shop on uber from this shop. The dates on food isent taken into account. You cant eat a whole shop in to days. So plz remember. This is a service for people that cant get to shop themself. And also cant afford to to chuck food away2 days date on a 40 or60 pound shop isent good eanoth
