Ordered online quite often but started noticing items like bread and perishables will have literally 1 or 2 days before they are due to go out of date, and not today ive ordered prawns and recieved a pack of then 2 days out of date. Given the amount of times ive recieved items with little time to use them before going off or outright out of date ive decided co op will lose my custom in future, im more than happy to go back to ordering from iceland in catterick, at least there the foods in date and not going to poison me like the out of date prawns co op seem to think are okay to give to customers. Disgusting level of competence.
Came across a rude staff member in this store which put me off from ever coming back to this specific shop. Herons is only a few steps away and it's better.
Polite friendly and helpful staff.cheap and cheerful.they have not pomdoms nann bread no eggs .I would go there for cheap drinks.
Smallish Co Op but packed with stock. Lots of chilled food stuffs, beers, wines, non alcoholic. It was easy to find everything we needed. Lots of offers on across the store. One way system in force and the checkout area was surprisingly spacious. Everything was bright and clean, staff must take great pride in keeping it looking good. Definitely use for a quick hassle free shop.
Don’t waste your time with their online delivery service. Ordered for delivery between 12-1pm, email to say it was picked by 12:30, then an email to say it was delayed with no time estimate. By 2pm I called the customer service line to ask what was going on. I was on hold for 30 minutes to get literally nowhere, I was told store were trying to arrange another driver but still no estimate of time. I then called store to ask what was going on and still didn’t get an answer as they can’t tell me if or when it will be delivered. It is an issue out of their control with uber. What a farse!
