Store is reasonably sized and staff were busy stocking shelves. A break down in their freezer meant the bakery was not running.

This used to be a very good CoOp. We had a nice and pleasant staff, always smiling and happy. Every time I went there I felt really good and positive. Something has changed. Some time ago, possibly a year or maybe bit more ago, most of the staff changed suddenly, manager changed, and only 2 ladies from old staff remained. Those two ladies are really lovely, rest of the staff is unpleasant, not smiling, sometimes even rude. I am sorry to say, but one of them looks like he doesn't even bath too often. I am also happy to pay £10 to someone who will see that new lady manager smiling. Unfortunately my trips to our local shop that used to be very good, aren't pleasant any more. Regards Jake
