Local Loftus Co-Op 5*s I'm disabled and the staff there are right helpful, reaching stuff I can't & helping locate things I've missed, very flat so easy navigated in my small electric wheelchair, Rich.
The coop store in Loftus is a lovely shop with helpful and friendly staff who make you feel welcome and provide you with excellent service. I am a relative newcomer to the village and my trips to the coop have helped me to settle in and feel like part of the community.nThe shop is also well stocked with plenty of choice and lots of discounts to keep your grocery bills down. The way this store has prepared itself for the coronavirus crisis has been first class. The well laid out interior of the store is always beautifully clean and spacious with just the right number of customers allowed in at any one time.nWell done Loftus Co-op. You get a gold star from a retired teacher!n*Update - 4 years later * Still a brilliant shop.nMy three favourite members of staff there because they are so helpful and welcoming and always happy to have a pleasant chat, no matter how busy they are are Rachael, James and Darren - the brilliant manager of the team.

It's big for a Co-Op with a good range of fresh produce, and other food and drink. There is limited parking outside too.
Easy to get to, very convenient for disabled people
