This particular shop not all is generally okay. I am leaving this review as cautionary advice, however, for those using their cards to pay for goods.nnToday, for the second time within a year, their card machine has messed up just as the payment is being/has been approved. So that the money leaves your account, but then refuse to let you leave with the goods you have just paid for. Even when you show your banking app to prove payment has gone through.nnWhat really sticks in the throat is the attitude of staff members, who start giving you dodgy looks and begin talking to you as though you're trying to pull some fast one. Even though you are proving payment has been verified.nnMy advice to others would be to use cash only when using this particular branch. Because their machines are dire, but refuse to admit they have a problem with them.

Bought chicken today very poor quality and expensive. So tough even the dogs didn't think much of it. Wouldn't buy from coop again
Saved our bacon when everywhere else was shut on Easter Sunday! Needless to say, we had a meal and lived to tell the tale.
Understaffed - customer service poor most days because of this as well as staff not knowing the meaning of good customer service. Today is Sunday and there were just two staff members on this afternoon - the manager and an assistant. Price of vegetables, meat, bread and dairy items is extortionate. Don't use unlessnfor emergencies or when other shops are closed!
