Staff are very rude!! No customer service what so ever, the staff are miserable and are more interested in talking and laughing on there ear pieces and ignore the customer. I have had numerous issues with the staff and have stopped going in there. Oh for got to mention make sure you check the dates on the products as has many out of date items from bread to chocolate.
Understaffed - customer service poor most days because of this. Today is Sunday and there were just two staff members on this afternoon - the manager and an assistant. Price of vegetables and some dairy items is extortionate. Only use for emergencies or when other shops are closed!
Really helpful staff here. My arthritis was playing up today. They asked me to lift my basket up to the till. When I explained I couldn't, a lass came around to the front of the till and lifted my basket up and the young man serving me packed my groceries for me. Super helpful and very polite.
This is such a nice store! It is deceptively large for a convenience store with a great range, including plenty of fresh fruit and veg, freshly baked bread, coffee machine and a great selection of craft beer and wines. The store has a large free car park and is open all day, every day!

Although the shop is well stocked etc..If you are disabled and you park in one of their disabled bays, expect to have your Blue Badge inspected by the staff and feel humiliated when questioned about actually being disabled! Disgusting ignorance!!! I need to add to this...their 2 disabled parking bays are always blocked in by people choosing to park outside the entrance, which aren’t even parking bays, which blocks-in the 2 disabled bays! I’ve not seen any of the staff tell those shoppers to move?! Photos to follow.
This is a great store. Good verity and very friendly staff. This is a must for people living in north Mkt HArborough. What you gain in price at other German stores,you loose in time and stress parking in town.
Excellent facility close to us. Would definitely recommend the Andrew Peace selection of wines they currently sell. Hope they continue to stock it!!
EXCELLENT ADITION TO HARBOROUGH. Staff are great all round. Rhys, Louis, Emily and Brogan all extremely helpful and nothing is too much. Asset to the Co-op and young people to be proud of.
Great selection, Staff are always friendly and polite. Perfect.
