Went in for some basics earlier this week and was appalled by the customer service. What I can only assume was the manager, refused to acknowledge me for several minutes and when he finally did, looked extremely inconvenienced after I asked him if they had any more of the gin I preferred. He said they did and went to the back to get some but after 15 minutes of waiting, he did not return. Also, not to be rude but the smell coming off that man was quite foul. Won't be returning.
Fantastic selection in store to offer at a good price not too expensive and great deals to be got. With Co-op supporting local business it is great to have Stephens bakers located inside providing hot and cold food. All staff are very helpful and friendly.
Very friendly staff and always eager to help, although a little expensive, usualy have what you are looking for .
Absolutely terrible customer service. Staff constantly having their own conversations whilst serving, long queues at the till with 1 person service whilst 3 other colleagues stand and chat.
Uch it was just a wee drive to this lovely place. Decor on outside lovely. Good wheel chair access. Toilets. Good deals too. Right off kincardine bridge just take the left into kincardine and you see it as a wooden building on your right.
Handy store for most basics. Bread, Milk etc. Has some good vegi & vegan items to choose from.
Great selection of goods and produce for a local shop.
