Dear Sir/Madame 

I would like to inform you that there have been cases of racial discrimination taking place in one of your stores. Employees of your retail chain refuse to sell alcohol to Polish people who use Polish Identity Card as a means of identification.

I would like to make you aware of the fact that such an activity poses a breach of British and European legal regulations alike. Polish Identity Card complies with all formal and legal conditions.

With respect to the arguments stated above, I expect that the staff employed in your stores will undergo the necessary training aimed at recognizing polish Identity Cards, which will be from now on treated on a par with British IDs.
