Today while I was shopping with my mother we called into the Co Op to get a few things. However while we were there the security guard told my mother that she was "making a fool out of herself by carrying a bucket". My mother had just bought the bucket for doing house work. I think this man was very rude. As we proceeded to the checkout the woman on the till was rude too and she short changed us. We didn't realise she had short changed us until we got home. Never in all of my life have I met people so rude! I for sure won't be shopping again in that Co Op.

Great local shop with good range of goods, well presented and with friendly staff.

The Co-op was once the choice of many, people spoke about shopping in the "co" with a sense of loyalty. Now i find their misleading pricing policy is set up to trick the customer into choosing products that are not actually reduced. The worst example of this con is the co-op here on the cregagh road. Mislabelling, overcharging due to erm.alledgedly..scanning errors, dumped void receipts (saw with my own eyes)when the customer was not refunded. To top it off an on duty manager who has nothing verbal to offer regarding complaints but can only pull sour faces in response and blame the store manager for everything including putting up misleading "buy two for £3" signs in front of items that were not actually reduced. Very very poor , four times have i been overcharged due to mislabelling and a variety of human errors scanning .
