Stock availablity is fine and there's usually staff available should you need them. Customer service isn't great though! Always seems like they're bad-mouthing someone.
Staff are all absolutely superb! So polite, caring and helpful. My mom is disabled and they always go above and beyond to help her in the shop and even carry things to the car for her. Can't fault the staff here they are excellent!
I have been to both the swan island and Morley road stores recently. Whilst I understandnThey need to shut the shop to restock. Today I was in the queue 25 minutes. It would be helpfulnif the manager came and said to those in the queue sorry we are closing the store for 're stocking and how long it was likely to take.
Whoever the man was who just answered the phone has a disgusting attitude. He answered the phone saying “who’s this” I said is this the coop he said “ ye it is but weem shut” the attitude of it. And then he was moaning at me because their driver was late. Not my problem. Happy enough taking my money though. Then he slammed the phone down. Sort your attitude out! And you shouldn’t be in customer service if you don’t know how to speak to people!
Always pleasant and efficient service.I use this branch most days . Never waited more than a few minutes at the till, plenty staff to help at busy/peak shopping times. Doing a great Job with this store. Thanks.
