Just been in here to get a few bits. Chap on the til asked me to put my basket on the side. Then he promptly walked away and didn't serve me. Just looked over his shoulder and priced other items. When I asked another cashier to serve me next he told me he was busy and not serving which was a blatant lie!. I was served eventually by a young woman, reluctantly I might add. Staff here are rude and ignorant and make a point of ignoring customers.
The service is just terrible and unacceptable. I'm 26 years old and they didn't sell me cigarettes because they thought I was buying them for someone else, not myself. The attitude is aggressive. Both the manager and the sellers. I don't recommend it!!!
It's a pretty good shop it's just I was out with a friend yesterday and she was hungry so went to buy something for lunch she bought the stuff for the £4.00 meal deal we went to the self checkout and it got to when we had to pay but it didn't discount it to £4.00 so we pressed the help button.Long story short we had to press it aleast 6 times until someone came to help.
Nicely stocked shop it's just a shame they are pushing customers to use self service tills, not enough staff manning the old fashioned till.
The staff are very friendly and wouldn't mind asking for any assistance. There's self check out and regular check out tills. They sell alcoholic drinks, cigarettes, food, some basic items and frozen food. They also sell milk, good shop if you just need to get basic food supplies
visited today and waited outside to be let in, I walked in when told my husband waited and was then allowed in.A shop assistant came over and told my husband to leave, i asked him what does he need as he was cooking dinner but she told him to leave now. the next couple came in together and she did not say a word. rude woman!
Staff range from really good to absolutely awful, limited choice obviously due to size of store and completely at random if you get allowed in or not dependent on who is on the door, the rules are applied seemingly on a whim !
Top Prices with Rock Bottom Service. Beer chillers not even cold. Charging Co-op prices for it all though. Worst run Co-op I've ever visited.
Our local shop is lovely.. Great assistant staff
Good place to shop the staff are very helpful and polite xx
