Great facility a real help to the elderly to have a convenience store they can wall to. Stafford all brilliant friendly and helpful. Shop is well presented and good stock of most things you need.
Walked in to a shop that had a line all the way to the back of the shop with only one elderly and slow member of staff who was rude to everyone and took her time, meanwhile another member of staff was just doing nothing, meanwhile over 25 customers were waiting, after waiting for 10 minutes. Eventually, this other member of staff decided to do their job, when I got to the till I was looked at up and down by the older member of staff who smelled of alcohol and cigarettes, worst co.op I’ve ever been to.
Mainly the happy professional service of your staff and your points per purchase system. You have a good range of quality foods . If a little more pricey than your competition. I realise you are a convenience store, but are a second choice to Tesco and Aldi trading on a much larger scale than you . That clearly reflects their bulk purchases power . On the whole it is enjoyable to shop at your branded store
Its aight, had clotted cream which is great. Hashbrowns were stale all three times i got em, dont know why i gave it so many chances, dont know why i expected co op hashbrowns to be good

Alright amazing place I live around there and I usually buy stuff from there got a selection of loads of stuff including fruits vegetables drinks especially milk if you've got a baby that's just an essential bread everything else
