To many staff stock taking and replenishing shelves than staff on the tills. I was stood waiting 15 mins to get served whilst a customer did an entire week's shop and loaded up all their utility cards etc, there was one staff member on the till but 2 on the shop floor doing stock it's ridiculous, it's meant to be a convenience store. Waiting 15 mins to get served at the till is in no way convenient, this is common occurrence at this store. Also the lady that was manning the till was incredibly slow and too busy chatting. Fine chat with the locals but do it when it's quiet not when you have 6 plus people waiting to get served!
Went in to coop Bromley road for the usual bread and milk and heard a argument between a customer and a colleague which was totally unessesary,. Shocking behavior from the coop colleague. .BAD ATTITUDE
They raised everything the lint chocolate is 2.75 its so over priced and the co.op staff act like they hate there job and so moody and afawl service never going back.
Staff are always courteous and helpful. It's my local shop so it's a few minutes' walk and they know me, so if I forget my wallet they'll happily leave the shopping behind the counter. Also, if and when things get to counting the pennies and bagging them up into the plastic bank bags, they don't mind that either. All in all; helpful; courteous; clean shop floors so there are no potential slip, trip or skid hazards, and patient!
Placed an order through uber eats, they waited a full hour before cancelling the order with no explanation.nnIf you did nt want the order don't accept it in the first place and let me know when straight away if you have problems.
