Handy shop, I always find staff helpful when I go. Good parking.
Nice little modern store with a good selection of produce. As other reviews have mentioned, it’s let down only by the staff who can be quite unhelpful and borderline rude at times. On one occasion my self-checkout had malfunctioned so I asked the nearest member of staff for assistance, only to be told curtly,n“I’m in the middle of a stock take. Ask someone else.”nOn another occasion my shopping bag burst in the car park, spilling milk everywhere. The bag clearly must have been damaged before I used it, but a member of staff tried to imply it was my fault as I must have over-filled the bag.nNot the best customer service!
Resulted to leave scathing review after numerous accounts of insufficient staffing. There are 4 or 5 Self serv tills and only one human serving till the tabacco side, which is very rarely manned. Today my Mum stood for 5 minutes waiting for help when the till stopped scanning. Finally she had to leave her items to search for a staff member to find two staff members opening boxes, chin wagging to get 'oh yeah- I'm coming I know you're waiting'.nAppalling service.nI have noticed this co-op going really down hill. Lack of staff is the worst, combined with a lack of full shelves and prices rising, it, can't compare on scale of shop, but variety of veg and always helpful. an absolute disappointment. Beautiful community around this area, this could be such a great place to shop. Sadly it isn't. May as well head to Londis Hest Bank instead, fully staffed and always pleasant and helpful.
Lovely well stocked store. Was there 28th September just before 1pm. Fantastic assistant even though she sold me 3 dud scratch cards.
Excellent Co-Op Service and Staff.nEverything in the shop was nicely set ou and easily accessible.nnI had a little trouble scanning my goods so I went to the till instead.nnThe customer service person must have been watching me as he came round took me back to the scanner and showed me what to do I was very surprised and impressed.nnGreat place to shop, Highly Reccommended
