Co-op Food - Beersbridge

Never enough staff, self service tills never work properly and don't take cash. The only shop I've ever been in that the till staff take one look at the increasing length of the queue then close the till leaving the remaining youth to soldier on alone. Was actually better before the revamp.

There's no dedicated parking which can make it hard to get parked close by. Staff are ok and decent range of food.

Terrible service: I paid a five pound note and fifty pence in coins for a Euromillions ticket that costs two fifty. I turned to leave, when I realised that the person at the till had not given me my three pounds change. I told them that I had given them a note and they insisted I had only given the two fifty in change. I told them I had a blue fiver and they said they had only one at the till, and since it was in the middle of the stack it could not have been mine! The supervisor came and looked at the camera, but that was not clear. I was told I had to wait till next day when they would have cleared the till! I had to take another trip there to have the issue sorted. Bit of a hassle shopping there; not worth it.
