I purchased a couple of meal deals on 18th June in the evening and I was surprised how dirty the self service tills were. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

It's a co op. The woman with the short hair and glasses who's been working there for years should probably find a new job, she's so rude and miserable. It makes me use the self service and buy my tobacco elsewhere rather than talk to her

The store is generally good, with some really friendly and helpful staff.nnMy one BIG frustration is the staff member who arrives for work at 05:45 am and taps loudly and persistently on the glass door until someone comes and lets her in. We’ve asked her not to do it because it wakes us up but it’s still happening.nnTime to retrain your staff on the meaning of “social responsibility “ if this is genuinely one of your core values.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.nnHave to knock them down for pointless empty boxes in the chiller. You want a bottle of champagne cold, you’re mislead into thinking there is one there… no it’s an empty box

I just wanted to warn anyone with coeliacs disease or any gluten intolerance, I would not recommend ordering any of their gluten free products via delivery. I am a coeliac and both items I ordered from the gluten free section was sent as the gluten version. I am unable to eat either of these products both of which are on the more expensive side comparatively to the products I was sent. Have not received any compensation, no replacement or refund, they haven't even covered the cost in difference between the items I bought and those that they sent. Quite frankly, very disappointed in the lack of allergen awareness.
