I have attempted to post a letter at their post office on five occasions now and all five occasions there has been a different reason why they closed. Don’t see the point of this post office even being in operation if it’s hardly ever open.
Always pleasant and helpful staff
Would not accept my Co-op membership card as it was in digital format on my phone. Couldn't give me a reason as to why that was except that had office said so in an email.nnWell done, brainless drones blindly following orders.
Shortage of staff prices on shelf are constantly wrong cheese marked up at £1.65 when I got to the till it was £4.70 this happens on a regular basis I feel sorry for the staff the manager and the other member of staff work in other stores and are just filling in its not good enough a lot of responsibility for two people.
I find all the staff shop & Post office very helpful and friendly/polite !
