I've recently moved to Southport and this is my nearest Co-op. The first thing I did when I went in was to check out the free from aisle as my husband,  daughter and I are all dairy free. I also have other intolerances so the free from section is quite important to me.nnI've photographed the main free from shelves, which are currently the first aile on the left as you enter the shop.  I was impressed with the amount of brands and items they had and now, when I'm in need of something, I'll go here before anywhere else.nnThe reason I've given 4 stars rather than 5 is because, they often have low stock or stuff missing off the shelves. When I went in and took these photos, it was a Monday, so maybe they'd just had a restock, but since then, I've been in a number of times each week and they tend to have bare or low stocked shelves, which can be frustrating if you're looking for something in particular.nnI hope these photos help, I'm also attaching some photos of some of the meals that I get from co op, that are vegan, vegetarian and free from.

This co-op is clean, friendly and well stocked with great items at great prices, also attaches to peacocks

Good sized shop also contains a peacocks. Good offers and always clean. The staff are polite and friendly. There are enough tills and self serve checkouts for there not be ques. Also give 10% student discount on all products and offers.

Honestly do not go to this coop!! The staff are rude and push their trolleys into you and are always so unhelpful!! Its also an absolute rip off I wouldn't advise anyone to go here!! Go to tesco the staff are friendly and helpful coop is terrible !!@
