Took an old iPhone in for a new battery as I thought that's what I needed to fix the issue of it not charging. Instead of trying to sell me a battery he cleaned the charger port on the phone and sent me on my way with a working phone for FREE in about 2 mins. Brilliant, honest, professional service. I’ve been using Fone World for years for repairs and to buy second hand iPhones when mine die due to lack of care/age. Repairs are always done to a high standard, for a good price and they do them quickly. Every second hand iPhone I’ve had from them has been a great price, worked well and he’s usually chucked me a cover in for free, which is really sound of him.
Terrible service. Replaced iPhone 11 Pro MAX screen for £120 and gave me a receipt and I was told it was my warranty. Battery life won’t last more than 2 hours now, touch on keyboard is messed up now and when I went in to confront them, was told it’s not their problem and a proper screen would cost over £250 and then I returned to o2 to try and do early upgrade and they said the phone was now worth £0. TERRIBLE SERVICE. KEEP AWAY
Outstanding service. Left my i phone 6 with a shattered screen at 10am, by 11.30 it was all repaired, along with a tempered glass cover and a brand new grip case for £70. The chap who owns the shop seems honest and reliable and very friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend to others and use again. Top job.
