Had my teeth whitened here and I must say I've had a great result. I've struggled before for them to brighten up but definitely a difference 😊 Easy to use and spotlessly clean as well as being really comfortable. Everything is explained in detail. Also started laser hair removal on my underarms and seeing results already!! So really happy overall considering I have blonde hair and I had given up on even thinking about laser! The salon is beautiful and really trendy! I can get all I need done here and the girls are very professional. I would highly recommend to any of my friends or family.

Been here for laser tattoo removal (one on my bum cheek (!!), one on my lower back) and also for teeth whitening. The tattoos are pretty much fully gone now (4 treatments). Chantelle is professional and friendly and put me at ease, even though I was very nervous. Also had the teeth whitening whilst it was on offer, it lifted them a good few shades which, for the price (£60 at the time) I was pleasantly surprised at. Went in for another session 3 months later (when the offer was next on) and was impressed again with the results considering the price. All in all a nice clinic with presentable staff and nice surroundings. Im booked in for hair removal next, will update this review with the results.

DON'T USE CM LASER AESTHETICS IN CLEVELEYS. Really poor customer service. I tried to approach them privately but they didn't reply and just blocked me. 😡😡😡 Had teeth whitening done a couple of weeks ago, 24th August, and I didn't want to put negative comments on their page but it's really not very good. Firstly, the advert doesn't explain that you do the treatment yourself, in an area where people pass through to get to the advertised luxury treatment rooms. I found it really embarrassing people coming through while I was sat there. Secondly, it really didn't make a lot of difference, maybe as shade if that, and yes I did follow all the instructions to the letter. The bottom teeth in particular didn't really seem to change at all. And only really the very front teeth had any difference and that only lasted a few days. Being disappointed I did a bit of research and the professionals seem to use a kind of frame in the mouth to keep the lips back do the laser can get to all the teeth. And it's not really a powerful laser is it? It's a little desk top version. This frame obviously isn't used at the salon. Overall, I feel like I've completely wasted the money and that your advert is misleading. I wasn't going to complain actually but when I saw this advertised again I felt I needed to say something. It feels very much like false advertising.

Amazing clinic with friendly and professional staff, a great range of services and a lovely atmosphere. So much choice here all under one roof :)
