Closed my account with Virginia money and then needed historic bank statements. The last I spoke to was very helpful and managed to get me all the statements I needed.
Lunchtime- one assistant on the teller counter, a queue of 5 customers waiting, one additional staff member on the floor desk asking customers in the queue if she can help them!! I said "yes, is it possible for you to go on a teller position and reduce the queue?" ..... The assistant replied "It's not my day on the teller" Virgin Money just the same old Clydesdale Bank- very poor customer service.
