Located in the heart of Glasgow, this is a spacious branch, now being rebranded to Virgin Money. With counter services as well as automated cash machines inside. Very helpful staff too.
As this is the head office, my complaint must lie here. My card was damaged, and I applied for a replacement. It was supposed to be a replica card, but it wasn't. The pin number remained the same, but the account number was changed. Now, i have to change all my accounts with Netflix, apple, my insurance, Amazon, etc. As I'm having a stressful time, working for the NHS, i find this incredible. I didn't request a contactless card. Nor did I ask for my bank number to be altered, either! Hopeless!

Length of time to be attended to is not acceptable. Staff disappeared through white door and never return.
