Clyde Pharmacy has been my regular for 3 years. The staff and service are brilliant, even remembering my name before I ask for my meds. A***** review
This is my local pharmacy. I have only once experienced a general oversight, which was quickly rectified. What I am a bit concerned about is the attitude of some members of staff, when I asked questions about products. A shake of the head doesn't constitute an answer. I know the staff work hard and suffer occasional verbal abuse from some customers, but most of us - I'm pretty sure - are always polite and expect the same in return.
Shocking treatment at the hands of the pharmacist. Having supplied me with the wrong prescription whether pharmacy or surgery’s fault I do not comment over two days when I became justifiably agitated the pharmacist confronted me aggressively to the amusement of another member of staff. Not only unhelpful but shameful. Unfit in my opinion to deal with customers. Seriously considering action.
Lady was really cheeky because she said wait 15mins but you can't sit inside and the shop closes 5:30 and it's 5:20,I mean what am I suppose to do ,manners cost nothing and we should be treated with respect and in a calm manner
The single worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. I have lodged a formal complaint with GGC health board.
