Really lovely hotel, clean modern and comfy. Staff service was excellent and main reason I would give 4 stars. The spa is lovely but be warned if you have children, they can only go in between 4 and 6pm. Even of you are an overnight guest they have no times for children to swim in the morning which was a great shame and disappointment but if you go knowing this it's not too bad!

Staff are rude rooms are dirty there was dust on top of the bed headboard and valentine's petals under the bed days after the special day food and drink is way to expensive the decoration needs refreshing as there are loads of white touch ups in the hall ways our room key didn't work the first time... Guests stayed too long in the hot tub other people had to forfeit there turn... The restaurant carpets are dirty no service behind the bar.. and to top it off people at reception hardly speak any clear English to understand them especially over the phone. Will not be going back again and will recommend friends and family to go elsewhere... Disgusted in the place and shocked they have any business at all. No wonder they don't have prices on there website I'd give less stars if it would let me... Also talking of stars online it says it's a 3 star hotel but on the sign outside the building I'm sure they have 4 up..

Hotel has NO disability accessible rooms. Not one. All the rooms on the ground floor have the shower over the bath, no walk in showers at all. And NO hand rails in ANY ground floor bathroom. When my friend booked two disabled rooms, she was told there are no handrails but she thought 'fine, her mum can use her crutches', however, it was impossible for her mum and her friend, also severe mobility problems and two crutches user, to use their showers in the bathrooms of their rooms. When we complained and asked staff what they meant when they offered disabled rooms, they said 'the rooms are on the ground floor'!!?! A ground floor room is NOT an accessible room for a disabled person. And there were no hoists to get into the bath either. In the spa area, there was a wet room but the shower curtain was black with mould and the shower head was broken, squirted water everywhere. The manager said they had ordered new shower curtains but had been waiting for weeks. It was a plain white shower curtain, you could buy one from anywhere, why wait for weeks?? Thankfully, we only stayed one night. Would not recommend or stay again. The restaurant served lovely food but not suitable for gluten or dairy free people. Bar and restaurant staff were friendly. The spa was staffed by one, ONE woman all day Saturday who had to keep running between the spa desk and spare cafe to make drinks and book treatments. Not good enough. Not luxury. Not relaxing. The bed in my room was comfy, the rooms were warm and clean.

Bed was comfy. Room was tired and tatty. Not great customer service. Would be OK for a work stop.
