Such a great local shop for golfing goodies! nnAll the team are really helpful, particularly Greg & Andy who as well as being annoyingly good golfers, also know their golf gear. I never feel like I’m being steered into a product through anything else other than it being the most suitable for me. At other stores I’ve often felt like I’m being pushed to something with a higher profit margin or stock that needs moving on.nnHighly recommended.
Don't use it if you are. outside of the UK.nn2 issue now. first was when I had imported charges when they said they would take care of it.nnnow they send out a fully GPS watch and want me to pay for expedited international shipping for them to send it off for a review, which could take a month.nncustomer service has been very poor. they closed down the chat because their agent wasn't active and they blamed me.nnnot impressed with my last two experiences with them
I recently had the pleasure of working with Greg at Clubhouse Golf Salford to find the perfect driver, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My previous purchase from another supplier left me with a driver that was completely wrong for me, so I was determined to get it right this time.nnGreg's expertise and attention to detail made all the difference. He guided me through numerous shots in the simulator, experimenting with various shafts and setups until we found the ideal match: the Ping G430 Max. His professionalism and deep knowledge of golf equipment were evident throughout the process.nnThanks to Greg's exceptional customer service, I am thrilled with my new driver. I will definitely return to Clubhouse Golf for future purchases. Thank you, Greg, for making this such a positive experience!
Good quality products at competitive prices however there is one major flaw when ordering online and of which i have had issues last two deliveries.nClubhouse golf use dpd for dispatch and every time i use them i have issues with the delivery. The last order was placed on 22/6/24 and full credit to clubhouse golf my order was dispatched in 23rd and i got notification. Now here is the problem;nYou then get confirmation order has been dispatched and a link to dpd to track your orders, when you enter the delivery number and postcode the link never works so u cant track the order. I tgen on 26th june get a text off dpd to say that gary has delivered my order to me!! and a picture of my parcel on some bins which certainly weren’t mine!!! Also although the delivery confirmation said it was delivered to me gary must be a psychic as i was working overseas at the time!!!nProblem is i required the goods for 27th and know now when i return home in the 26th late evening they will not be there!!!nLike i say this is not the first time and the quality, service price of clubhouse’s products are good yet they are getting dragged into the gutter by an incompetent 3rd party carrier!nAs a result these two delivery issues have now stopped me from using clubhouse again which is a shame.
poor show. took my money for item, that then miraculously was not in stock. advised of new date, said i would wait for then. item bever arrived, advised of new date, item never arrived, called to confirm whats going on and told im number 11 on list and would not receive item until end of June, order placed and money taken in APRIL! cancelled for refund. just be honest about what you have in stock on website. dont take my money and fob me off with unrealistic dates.
