I visited on a Monday afternoon session with my twin 3 year olds. Place is well located on Margate seafront. We paid £5 per child for play and eat, adults go free. First impressions clean and well laid out, friendly staff and lots of areas for the little ones to explore. My girls loved it and stayed the full 3 hours, it was quite quiet this afternoon which was perfect for my two. Menus on the table stated what you could get for the food option that is included. There is a choice of cold or hot food. Cold is a choice of sandwich, yogurt, biscuit and crisps. Hot was a choice of chicken nuggets, fish fingers, macaroni and cheese or sausage with chips or mash. Comes with an orange or blackcurrant squash. Rest of menu reasonable priced, I got a tea and chips large portion sizes for £3.20. Got my girls a fruit shoot style drink each for £1. My girls enjoyed their food, was served in 10 minutes and was hot and tasty, they went for sausage/chicken nuggets and chips. Got 2 sausages and 4 nuggets, they mixed and matched and ate it all bar a few chips. The play equipment is well laid out with 2 separate areas for older children and an under 3 area. All clean and well maintained, kept my girls well entertained the whole time. Place is under new management from about a month ago and whilst I never visited it before it seems well run now, staff very friendly. Toilets had a changing area, potty, separate toddler seat for main toilets and there was a disabled toilet too. All very clean. Access is via steps and there is a small lift. Would definitely return my girls had a great time! Highly Recommended
Recommended. Superb pricing for kids and free adult entry. Fantastic place for a quick hour or two of entertainment. It’s got lots of great bits inside for kids including ball pit, several slides and a bouncy castle. Staff are all extremely helpful.

Brilliant place! Easy to get to pretty much from anywhere! As only 5min walk from train station Perfect place for children 0f all ages my daughter 2y and my stepdaughter 9y both love it here and are able to easily find common ground to play together here. They both love it!! Food is also amazing! And the service i get when we come down is always with a smile
We booked the venue for an exclusive party you have the whole place to yourselves! And we couldn't have asked for better. The children loved the soft play and the bouncy castle and the food was tasty and plentiful. Staff were excellent and very helpful. I would highly recommend
Wow what an amazing soft play Center so much for the kids to do and has a very friendly warm welcoming the food is amazing could not fault and had some amazing party packages if you want somewhere for the kids to run wild and the parents to have coffee and lunch then kids mayhem is the place would 100% recommend
Great Halloween party for the toddler session. Really caring and fun group of staff. I would 100% say there is the best soft play in Margate all-round. Really worth the money.
So I get there today with my children & Grandchildren. To be told that we could only stay for 1 hour & 10 mins as session nearly finished. But we got charged full paying price for half the time! Was quite annoyed!
One of the most amazing places for kids to enjoy their day. There are so many activities to do. Highly Recommended!
So glad we found this brilliant little soft play. Perfect for our kids 2 and 5 and great value, £6 each including food. Friendly staff too
