Recently went to a birthday party upstairs. Major temperature control problems (it was either boiling hot or freezing cold). Also, what kind of bar doesn’t accept card payments?

Toilets are a big let down, they had a problem with the front door where the catch kept locking itself. Didn't drink there as it was far to expensive. Dark hair especially barmaid was very nice though.

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional and friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. All of our needs were catered for. Will recommend to friends.
