Went in store to buy batteries for my latest vape kit. Very helpful and gave me loads of useful advice to ensure safe use and long life of the batteries. Very reasonable price too! Will be back in again soon :
Was on holiday far away from home and went to this vape shop. I explained what I usually used and he didn’t have any. That’s fine. When I asked to try some he said I couldn’t as he’d done that in the past and his desk had been messed up. Ok. So I asked him if I could just smell the liquid to check I would like it. He said no maybe due to covid. Just completely unwilling to help a customer in a jam. So I went through the rigmarole of buying one bottle after the other to check that I didn’t like them. Whilst I was doing this the staff member was stretching as if he was going to do a marathon. Most off putting and extremely unhelpful. I went down the road to vapesense where without contravening any covid rules let me smell some liquids to check what I wanted. Vapesense had amazing customer service. Cloud head awful customer service
I popped in to this little shop yesterday as I had an issue with a mod I had bought of Ebay , the young girl tried really hard to fix this for me and tried various tanks , being sent back to seller as faulty I decided to buy a replacement from her and she was really informative of all the mods and features, and I am very happy with my purchase ! I will buy all my juice and coils from this shop now, its nice to be listened to when you want advice, and it was given in a nice manner from a shop not trying to just sell you something, but to help you too . Brilliant experience - Thank you . Gary
Fantastic shop to get your vaping supplies from. The owners and staff know their stuff and are more than helpful in finding products your after. They have been especially helpful through the COVID19 period in delivering my juice delivery’s to my door before I run out and become a nightmare to be around my wife thanks you too
Best value vape shop in the area. Owner knows his stuff, if I have any questions he's always happy to help. The range of liquid and batteries they have is huge, there's something for everyone. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my vape gear!
Cloud head is a really good vape shop! The guy who owns it, Tom, is very good at advising you on things you need like liquids, batteries, flavours etc coffee is my fave and this is a great idea for everyone who's thinking of giving up smoking! Would suggest going here if you are thinking of giving this a go! Best decision I made :
We visited this fantastic vape shop in Malvern, when I was trying to give up smoking, a fantastic range of all vape related product including liquids, tanks and batteries all amazing quality. The best part of the visit was the great service and advice from a very amicable and knowledgeable, young man called Tom. Glad to say we gave up smoking for good.
Very knowledgeable staff in a nice location. Tom knows everything you need and will happily help with any assembly or advice. It's great to be in a store that wants to help its clients instead of forcing inappropriate devices on them.
By far the most knowledgeable staff of any vape store I’ve been in. Big thanks to Tom who spares the time to give you the best open and honest advice out there, I mean that’s what you want isn’t it - not a load of sales BS. Completely recommend to anyone in the area!
Love this shop! Got my first ever vape from here! Served by very experienced, helpful staff! The shop also has a lovely vibe and I personally love the decor!
