What venue, great fun for the kids, amazing food and what a team. Bar manager Robyn is an absolute delight who goes over and above! All the staff are so attentive with the kids too, my kids never want to leave. It's also great as a venue for hire!
We brought our 2 grandsons, aged 6 and 9 years old here today. This was our first visit, and definitely won't be our last. In fact, on leaving the venue, the youngest child asked when we would return. They had a fantastic, fun filled day on all of the Inflatables. The young staff are so lovely, and attentive, and some of them even joined in the games, e.g the sports court, football shoot, and wrecking ball. Our boys loved their interaction. We also had lunch upstairs, which was a reasonable price, and enjoyable. We chose the school holiday offer of £19 all day. We left at 3.45 with happy and tired boys although they wouldn't admit that. Bonus as well for parents/guardians not to be charged just for watching and supervising their children. Big pat on the back to all the staff. Well done
We had a joint 40th birthday here! Honestly the best night and the best venue!! Everything ran smoothly, couldn’t be more happy, thank you so much guys! Andrew thank you for all your help and obviously all the staff
I was here with my daughter on Thursday afternoon, apart from us, there was only one other family, so we had the whole space to ourselves. Very nice place to spend time with children. Various inflatable games, the child can have a lot of fun. Friendly staff, there is water available that you can pour yourself into cups. Non-slip socks can be purchased on site. I think this place is more suitable for kids 5/6+, my daughter is 4 and had a great time, but not on all games. She liked the bouncy football pitch and the race the most. The whole place is very clean, free lockers, there is a huge free parking outside.
We just had our daughter's birthday party here - a karaoke party. The staff were absolutely lovely - nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly. The karaoke equipment was obviously quite new as well. The girls loved lining up their song list almost as much as the singing. Thank you for a lovely day Cloud 9 staff.
