I've been going to close combat martial arts for a while now. Dave is a great instructor and definitely knows his stuff. The pace of learning is very good dave takes the time for you to learn and only moves on when you can show him the skills you have developed. The whole training experience is really relaxed and comfortable but at the same time a very intense workout seesion. In a great atmosphere everyone at close combat martial arts is very friendly and will make you feel very welcome.  if you are looking to build your confidence, loss weight, meet new people, challenge yourself, Boost your mood, feel a great sense of achievement and learn a new skill then would highly recommend close combat martial Arts!  Also the first lesson is a free trial lessom so you have nothing to lose

An extremely friendly environment, very supportive and very well run. All ages and abilities in the classes and great with all of them, would recommend to anyone.

Great teaching with clarity and very hands on. Really good work out!

Starting Martial Arts can be intimidating, however this club run by David will dissolve that thought. I was worried about starting Martial Arts but straight away it was an extremely welcoming and friendly experience.  If you're looking for a comfortable environment with flexibility in accommodating your needs, this is the club to join.  David's assistant, Abbie, is just the same with both of them being enthusiastic and willing to see people not only improve in their Martial Arts but also in their health.  I couldn't recommend them more, best you could ask for.
