I attended a Minor ladies football match there against Round Towers, Clondalkin. We lost narrowly. Beautiful park. Well attended by supporters on a sunny May evening. Most enjoyable. Lovely place.
This facility offers a diverse range of sports activities and extensive operating hours throughout the week and on weekends. My son is currently enrolled in swimming lessons, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
I've been using this pool 20 years. I even swam in the old one. It's been getting worse and worse week by week. Men's showers are full of old hair and other rubbish as well as common area. Hair and other rubbish is everywhere, including sauna and steam room, At the same time, the cleaners are staying in the corner only talking. Over all, the staff allows the people with cotton, ordinary tshirts to stay in the pool, which is absolutely against the hygene rules, and let others to swim without the swimming cap. I'm not allowed to make the pictures, but I will take that risk next time and publish them if the pool is dirty again.
Facility is decent but kids swiming lessons are very poor. Teachers spend most of the time chatting to each other, hardly any interest in kids progress, kids can stay at same level for months without any upwards movements, no feedbacks!! Not a pub for banter!! Do the job you got paid for...
Grand place for adults and children you can also get swimming lessons has a lovely park aswell.
