Our first time in Wimborne and this cafe was recommended to us. A lovely, traditional English menu. We got the veggie and big breakfast. Both were amazing. Very tasty and that egg was gorgeous! It is a very clean and cosy cafe with friendly staff who are very efficient. They have cute bathrooms upstairs also.
Sub par eggs Benedict was a real shame, both eggs were over done and the hollandaise sauce tasted very sweet for some reason, seemed to lack the acidicy. The presentation was fantastic however and the staff were lovely and professional so I've given credit where it's due but I wouldn't choose to come back again given the chance. Added photos of the overdone eggs, definitely need to feedback to the chef so this doesn't happen to other customers.
Staff were warm and friendly, food good at a reasonable price, but the shock at finding rusty salt and Peper shakers was a real letdown. Attention to detail: This is not minor and I'm sure it would impact your food hygiene rating. Please sort it outFood: 4/5
Great start to a Sunday morning birthday treat. We enjoyed a yummy full English breakfast and coffee at Cloisters. All freshly cooked with various choices on the menu. Great service, from friendly happy staff.
Very nice. Clean and tidy. Efficient, welcoming staff. Food was great - Had eggs Benedict - lovely - radish garnish was different! Also had two pots of tea and a slice of Malteser cake.. Yummy! Came here as top of recommendations on TripAdvisor... Popular place and clear to see why!Food: 5/5
Lovely cafe/ bistro with plenty of gluten free options. Reasonably priced, good understanding of cross contamination. A busy little place but food wasnt affected and came quickly.
Bang on eggs benny and excellent coffee all very reasonably priced. They do excellent breakfasts and the service is great.
Very nice cafe with lovely food - we had pancakes and sandwiches. Plenty of standard lunch options, breakfast is served all day! and there is a variety of cakes. Will definitely return.
Stumbled upon this tea room by accident on a drizzly damp day in Wimborne. What a little gem, a blast of warmth greeted us as we entered both literally and figuratively, friendly staff and amazing food. We asked for recommendations and the waitress suggested the quiche which I had. A very generous helping arrived with homemade quiche, a wonderful, rainbow side salad and a handful of chips - my only niggle the quiche could've been a luttle hotter. My husband plumped for a cheese and ham toasty, which was large and made with proper ham. All very reasonably priced too. A proper little find.
I stopped in today in between showers, and I must admit the soup I had was really nice, very warm, with the freshest of bread. The staff were really nice as was my coffee. I'll be returning soon.
