Absolutely fantastic. Provided 3 great guys who got us loaded up very efficiently. Friendly, courteous and thoughtful. Unfortunately our seller's firm were not so speedy and we had to wait for over 3 hours to unload. Major frustration but the guys were great and called for reinforcements so 2 more guys turned up. Between us we got unloaded in 2 hours. Great response, good problem solving throughout and no hesitation in recommending.

I used this team for a commercial move in Sheffield… what a shambles! The move consisted of one room, with simple instructions to remove some items and leave others, which belonged to our previous landlords. The team were discourteous to the management team at our previous address, failed to move items which were stipulated for removal and removed items that were not. They completely disregarded any instruction we gave, broke numerous health and safety regulations, and failed to return items, once they had agreed they had been inappropriately removed.. When I complained to the sales manager he said he didn't know who to believe - me or their team! Their invoices were made out to our landlords and not us, their admin staff were unhelpful, and the whole thing added more stress to an already stressful event. I would not advise anybody to go anywhere near these guys. Cowboys.
