I want to give 10 stars to George for his funny and smart personality, great sense of humor, and very nice customer service. He was extremely helpful in assisting both me and my mom in picking out my school uniform.

Went to buy stuff from the store from Oldbury after checking they are open today but it's close Tuesday. They don't have time to correct it on thier website I am telling you guys they are close on Tuesdays and open on wednesdays. So don't waste your time like me to go on Tuesdays otherwise the staff will tell you it's head office mistake not theirs.

Shopped at the Bearwood branch today , and what a pleasure it was to be served by this team of young people , no waiting at all just efficiency at its peak . Congratulations to the 2 young ladies and the young gentlemen. What a great credit you are to Clive Marks .

The staff here are attentive and very professional. Every time I visit they go above and beyond. Customer service fantastic and if something I need is not in stock staff will place an order and call me via telephone to collect it when it’s in store. Never had a problem. Had to change the size of school blazer today that I had previously purchased a month ago and this was done with no fuss and with a friendly and polite attitude. The lady who dealt with me was great and is a credit to this store. Thanks guys.

I had a wonderful experience with staff at Bearwood branch of Clive Marks. Tina offered support, kindness and understanding over and above what I have experienced before. She made my heart smile   THANK YOU! Although I have given compliment to the manager Ben I found it necessary to post to this site also.

Purchased my son's secondary school uniform at this branch. We were served by Ben, he was extremely helpful and able to advise us on all the sizes and provide us direction on what was required for the school. There was an appointment system in place but we were still able to walk into the store, with a little wait of course! The fitting rooms were closed but that wasn't a problem as my son was able to try everything on top of his clothes. Excellent service provided by Ben, he was even able to order some shorts which weren't in stock. Delightful staff, overall everyone made us feel really welcome and comfortable. Would definitely recommend Clive Marks to you all. Thank you for a wonderful experience, my son was a little nervous at the start but by the end he left smiling!
