Came into store earlier this week for my sons yr 7 Arena uniform, the staff were great especially the lady manager, they were quite busy but still remained professional. I was really pleased that they had everything in stock and nothing had to be ordered. Will definitely be returning.
Revisited Sunday 11th August 2024, around 11am. At least 7 members of staff, all very helpful and eager to help. Top tip, arrive before 10am. Staff are very friendly, clothes are good quality. They also stock a good range of stationery. Don't forget to ask about discounts and return periods. As new year 7, we got 15% on all purchases. Also able to return unworn, labelled goods up into middle September. Parking is tricky. Free on street parking only for 1 hour. Stick your timer on to keep track of time.
Rude customer service, not helpful at all very sarcastic individual lady that spoke to me like she didn’t enjoy her job word of advice if you don’t like what you then get a job that you will.
They never have any sizes in, so I ordered in and paid and I was told if get a call withing two weeks to come and collect. Four weeks later still no call and no one answers the phone I tried for four days! To go and be told oh no we can't guarantee a delivery date you should order before school finishes. Poorly run, poorly stocked and the poor customer service. A simple sorry works better than its your fault order sooner.
Ordered on 25/08, emailed asking for an update at the end of September and still waiting for a response, have had £81.96 of my hard earned money for 2 months while my son is wearing last years uniform. Don't even answer the phone. Will never buy from them again.
Booked an appointment 5 weeks ago. Went and they didn't have all the items we needed. Ordered in. Was told 2 weeks for delivery and I would get a message to collect. 5 weeks passed still no message. Been trying to contact with no avail. Currently on hold at 37 minutes and no one wants to answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Quick enough to take people's mo ey but don't care that they can't deliver on promises for uniforms to be in stock before the new school year. Total and utter shambles.
Served by a polite and lovely young lady, Zaynab, made my shop very quick and easy. She could easily tell me all the sizes by first guess which I was extremely impressed with. She was very smiley and friendly and made my kids feel at ease considering the current situation. definitely coming back and especially if the appointment system is kept in place
Ordered a pair of black school trousers on 13 July, and paid for due to not having any in stock. Called numerous times "stock has not been delivered yet, it will be the end of the week", was told this every week for 4 weeks! When tried to call, majority of the time, the phone just rang out! Called again last week, finally got through, again told it would be a couple of days. Had to go in today as no one would answer the phone - still not been delivered. I got a refund! Shocking! So no one in the West Midlands has been able to get a pair of black trousers for school! Either someone is not telling the truth or someone didnt place the order and they never did! Will not be going back, always a trauma going there, not easy! I would give it no stars if possible, but will only let me do 1 to 5!
Booked an appointment at the Boldmere store on Saturday. Arrived earlier than expected but managed to get seen straight away. I was served by Sam who tended to my requirements in a speedy manner. Sarah Ordered my out of stock items, and as usual was very helpful and cheerful. Overall a Great experience.
I went to Clive marks Sutton Coldfield yesterday to purchase my daughters school uniform last minute !! We were served by a lovely staff her name was Emily she was so helpful , very pleasant and went out of her way to ensure all the items we requested were in stock. Considering it was very busy the Emily remained very calm and professional customer service was excellent ! I don’t normally take the time out to write reviews but I felt in this occasion it was important that Emily was recognised for her excellent customer service.
