Bit cramped and congested, have to crush into the tiny lobby/toilet area for safety video. They’d be wise to warn people about rucksack rules and rules of 1-2-1 adult per child.nnReally great staff. Impressive helpful and keen to ensure every kid enjoys it. We will return now we know the lay of the land. AWKWARD booking around kids parties as cafe is off limits so had to go early so we could get a drink. Great idea to have view over the climbing walls.
We had my daughter's 7th birthday party here and it was wonderful! From the planning stages the team were organised, friendly and accommodating.nThe day of the party all the staff were great, got everyone harnessed up quickly and did the safety brief. They were really responsive to the kids needing help during climbing. One guy was so supportive and encouraging to my son who hadn't been before! It was so kind! All of the kids had an absolute ball.nFood and service afterwards was great too. Brilliant, experience all round!
Took my 6 years old granddaughter, she loved it. The staff were great and always on hand to help and advise. I'll definitely be bringing her again as she grew in confidence by the time we were going.
Small but perfectly formed, nice little place accessed through the station.nHas a small cafe and viewing area upstairs on a mezzanine floor allowing you to view the climbing walls.nAll the staff were super friendly and helpful, giving out tips and climbing knowledge. Book online the day before if you can, we booked early on the same day and it worked fine.nMight get busy at times, as it's only small.
Great experience today. Took my 4 year old for his first time. He totally loved it! All the staff are great. Special shout out to Halina. Ever so helpful, my little boy kept mentioning her for hours afterwards ‘ I want to to back climbing again with Halina’. Thank you!
