I have purchased many things over the years from Cliftons and customer service and quality have always been excellent. Sorry to say on this occasion customer service very poor! Bought a ring for my son at Christmas.. he took it back on 27th December to exchange for another size.. 2 weeks they said! It's now 16th Feb and still no ring! It's him chasing it up.. no phonecalls nothing from Cliftons! Very disappointed on this occasion
