The hotel is lovely. We had a lovely room with a massive bed. The room could have been cleaner as there was fluff on the skirting boards and dead flies and fluff in the glass lampshades and the occasional table needed the top wiping but the bed and bathroom were very clean. The food was very good , beautifully presented and tasty and the waiting staff were very efficient. We had a lovely weekend and met some wonderful people.

Very nice stay, good food would recommend. Listen for the quirky floor boards adds a bit of character to an old building.

Just had 1920s weekend at the Clifton Park. Staff were very helpful & friendly the food was excellent and the room was really clean. The room i had was very hot was told that the corridor was above the kitchen area. Overall excellent stay will certainly return.
