Ideally placed opposite side of the beach in Tenby. A brand new management team in place, ensuring excellent service to all guests. The hotel is being updated, but not at the expense of intruding on the guests. We had a brand new bathroom & shower in our room. Each meal had a good variety of choices, & the food was served quickly by friendly staff, with the chef often coming out to check with the guests, that the food was pleasing to us all. I would certainly recommend this hotel, its Ideally placed, & the Nanager & staff, work extremely hard to ensure the comfort of their guests.
The location is great we loved the Quirkiness of the Hotel itself and the History of the building is in keep with the periodic date. We really enjoyed our time there. The dining room staff are friendly sadly it was chaotic unsure of who's serving who despite plenty of staff, having said that they were friendly and funny. In a good way we've travelled with Alfa 6 times this year and apart from this Hotel the food has always been very nice no grumbles on those. Like I say sadly for my hubby and myself the good let it down. But hey hoy we really enjoyed our stay. We've already picked out 4 holidays for next year definitely with Alfa Travel. The Coach Driver Andy was fantastic

Excellent location over looking North beach stayed in room 62 at the top of the hotel, very clean and the staff are fantastic and will always go out of there way to help you. Big big thank you to Bradley who made us feel like family going out of his way to make us feel like home away from home. Also thanks to Christina hotel manager and the Mario restaurant manager all good over and above to keep everyone happy. Many thanks Mark Lisa & Rowan.
Excellent location over looking North beach stayed in room 61 at the top of the hotel,Narrow steps for the last flight . land facing but a pleasant enough view over the rooftops. A night size room well decorated. A nice new spacious bathroom. The room was warm even with no heating on ..all staff friendly .didn't try the breakfast as there was a coach trip in.Worth another stay.

Location was exceptional and the staff are cracking. Big shout to Billy G the entertainment for Sundays and Thursdays. Called out my mate and me as Ant N Dec and we had a good night with him. Rooms were decent. Clean and acceptable. The only downside is parking which we had to find at sainsburys multi storey which parking a couple of motorbikes 15 mins walk away is a wee bit dodgy in my opinion. If I can't see it I can't protect it. However they were perfectly fine next day. On the whole, decent accommodation at a good price, good entertainment, lovely staff and atmosphere and on Sunday nights a belter of a fireworks display ar 2200.
Terrible hotel. Went with alpha tours 3 weeks ago.service slow our meal was at 6pm coach 2 evenin meal 7pm everything rushed fire alarm went off mid night floors 6 and 7 fire doors locked. Disgraceful I am at the present time informing health and safety Some of the elderly didnt even hear fire alarm. The bedrooms needed thorough cleaning also I wil b informing alpha coach tours. Not best hotel at all food portion well a child would eat ore

Great location. Hotel rather dated and does not have very good public areas Rooms/beds,Linen/ bathrooms excellent. Staff need more training. Meals inconsistent and communication poor. Manageress and our waiter mario friendly and cheerful.Rooms: 4/5
