We had the privilege of being lucky enough to win a competition to have a photoshoot and money towards the photos! First of all, I just want to say the customer service is absolutely amazing. All the staff are so lovely, chatty, friendly and professional and go above and beyond for you! When we went for the shoot, we was greeted by Jess who was our photographer. She was so warm and such a joy to spend time with on our shoot. We had outfit changes, and had so much fun with our pooches Frankie and Daisy. The girls had fun playing and posing and Jess was creative and had such patience! We went to view our photos and honestly, they were all GORGEOUS! Jess captured all our bonds with gorgeous candid shots and playful shots. But also some pretty ones with props we took with us! We are so happy with our photos and the memories of our special day at the shoot with Jess. If you want some lovely photos and you're thinking of booking at ZigZag then do it! You will not regret it. You'll have a fun filled day and some photos to go with it thank you so so much, it was a pleasure. Love Beth, Dawn, Frankie and Daisy xx
We were gifted a family photoshoot by my mum, and we had such a good time during our session. Our photographer made us all feel comfortable, and our boys had lots of fun! So happy with how the photos turned out Would definitely recommend!!

We were gifted a newborn photo shoot with ZigZag after buying a pram for our baby Little Angels in Nottingham, would highly recommend!. Initially myself and my partner hadn't considered a newborn shoot as neither of us are huge fans of taking photos, but given what was included free print and money towards any further purchases, and the fact this was our first baby we thought why not. I'm so glad we did! From starting the booking procedure back in April all the way to collecting the photos this week, the team at ZigZag have been incredible. I'll apologise now as I'm terrible with names! The lady I spoke to on a few occasions prior to our daughters arrival was so friendly and easygoing, she kept in touch as my due date got closer and moved the date of the shoot after we told her I was overdue and various other hiccups along the way, nothing was too much trouble. The photographer, wow. She's a pro! When we came for our shoot our daughter was 10 days old and the photographer was brilliant with her - can tell she's done one or two newborn shoots in her time. We both felt really at ease and relaxed, allowing time to change and feed the baby when we needed to. When we came back to look through the photos I couldn't believe just how amazing they looked, and in such a short amount of time! The lady who went through the photos with us was patient and didn't seem to mind us being horrendously indecisive in which photos we preferred over others. The ordering process was really easy, everything was explained and we came away so excited to see the finished products. I went to collect our prints this week, they were so worth the wait! The lady the office was all too happy to bring the photos out to the car for me after we had a look at them, she was so friendly and was quite happy to hold onto the baby as I popped out for a couple of minutes. I'd recommend the team to anyone, they've taken such good care of us and we'd happily come back - even from Newark!
Had a photo session with Abbie with my partner and our dog. Abbie was so welcoming and great at making our pup and us feel at ease in the studio. She made the experience really fun and the photos of us all came out so beautifully. You can tell how much she enjoys photography and her passion really shows. Highly recommend!
Our babies precious moments were beautifully immortalised and captured by Jess who was so amazing not only with ideas of her own but also incorporating what our wishes were. Jess also handled my little bundle in such a loving way that she was calm and comfortable with her even when my little one was having a moment. She was professional, not pushy and so kind. She is also a wizard with post editing. I’m still shocked that she even made me look good!!! Would deffo recommend to anyone that needs a trusted photographer who can capture this precious early moment of a babies life. Looking forward to getting my final prints!
Had a brilliant time getting our dog Mac photographed by Abbie. She did a great job with some really creative compositions too. Just counting down the days to get the prints now and hang them up throughout the house Thanks to all the ZigZag team!
We'd won the photoshoot by voting for photo of the month of a friend's 2 dogs, and what an all around wonderful experience. It started before we even arrived to our appointment as I was very ill for the time of our original booking and rescheduled it at the last minute, and obviously I felt awful about it but ZigZag were very kind and understanding and managed to fit us in just a week later. Abbie did such a fantastic job in our shoot, she's clearly a dog person because our boy worked with her so well! She made us feel comfortable and we had lots of giggles throughout the whole session. Mac especially enjoyed the treats she gave him! Her photos turned out simply breathtaking. The viewing session was also a lot of fun. You're sat in a cinema style room on a comfy sofa and offered drinks and sweets. Igor presented us with the photos through an emotional soundtracked slideshow, which no doubt makes you fall in love with nearly every photo. Looking at 75 photos and trying to decide which are your favourites is overwhelming but Igor helped us narrow it down easily. He advised on which style of photos look best in the different areas of your home and helped us envision which of our photos would suit what we were looking for. I imagine it was difficult for him because we didn't really have a clue when we turned up.. we just wanted to see the photos! So he was tremendous help. He seemed genuinely very passionate about photography and art so he didn't rush us or make us feel pressured to buy. We did end up ordering 3 gorgeous prints and we're very excited to see how they turned out! Overall I would highly recommend ZigZag Photography! They were just amazing from beginning to end. We've never had professional photos taken before so we've made lovely memories and have some incredible photos to show for it.
Had such a lovely and professional experience from start to finish. This is the company my daughter’s nursery uses and it was the only one I contacted. Their pictures turn out amazingly. On the day of the photoshoot, me and Zahra met with Natalie; she was very warming and took plenty Of shots of me and my daughter both together and individually. On the day of the viewing, the professionalism was exceptional. We selected my pictures with ease and I can wait for the final result, thank you to the team for your company and looking after us! Would highly recommend Zigzag photography! We went for a photo shoot on Thursday, 24th June, and Abbie, the photographer, did an amazing job capturing our little boy and us, I couldn't be happier with the photos she took. Then, when we went a week after to view the finished photos on the big screen, we were blown away, and Igor was very welcoming.
