A solid course which is well maintained and cared for. If you keep it straight and know how to get out the sand you could be having a good round. Sadly you can’t the sea from any holes but highlights are a the views of the Teeswork industrial site and the sea view from the clubhouse bar. Greens are very true.
Food here is outstanding and I've never had a bad meal. Drinks reasonably priced too.nAll staff are polite and nothing is ever too much trouble.nHusband golfs here and loves it. I just eat! Ample parking and beautiful views across the coast.nHighly recommend for any day of the week.
What a gem of a course. Greens superb, rough testing, fairways sculpted and clubhouse friendly. I got a very welcoming reception from the team in the pro shop team too.
Visited during Tees valley golf week. Very nice condition, with not fast but still tricky greens. Food in bar good and very reasonable prices. Bar staff attentive. Lots of parking on site with local car park £4 if needed.
If you type in golf club, restaurant and carvery then it's good but if you add in great seaview,large carpark and great service it's excellent.Not bad price for a two course meal on a Sunday afternoon.Great choice of meat and vegetables and good beer too.We found go early to beat the rush.They do have live music aswell on accasions so it's worth a look.The golf shop below always looks busy and very professional.
