Always seen on time ,very friendly staff and helpful, I would definitely recommend this medical centre
Rude receptionist. Asked if I could book in for my 91 year old mother for a covid booster, she just said a firm, no. I had to almost prise the information as to why not. They weren't doing them until the winter, asked her advice, and she was totally unhelpful. I then asked to book my mother an appointment as asked by the doctor. Again, no, do it on line. I asked how an elderly person, with no access to a computer or without computer knowledge is supposed to manage that. She more or less said, it's not their problem . I left the surgery, and felt really deflated. We had to change surgery's through a house move. Wish we d never changed her doctor. It's near on impossible to get an appointment or to speak to anyone . The booking system is useless, and rude reception staff should be a little more compassionate and helpful.
Doctors surgeries get a bad rep but actually I can’t really fault CMC. Whenever I or my daughter have been in need we’ve been looked after.
As a patient I am only able to compliment this good local facility.
Friendly and efficient and I get an appointment in pretty good time.
