The surgery staff is very nice, very helpful and eager to answer your questions. The medics are very knowledgeable and caring. The waiting times are almost non existing, you can get an appointment very fast and very flexible. And the doctors take their time in the consultation.
Covid & Flu inoculations well organised and efficient. In and out quickly. Congratulations to all staff who worked like a well oiled machine.
Fantastic service, very helpful and polite & always go above and beyond to meet needs. Will always try to fit in same day app whether phone or face to face. Smart pharm opposite conveniently. Small carpark as for doctors and smart pharm. From what i have seen over the last 5 to 6 years they appear to have a great team of doctors at this surgery.
I am totally disgusted with this practice, I had to change surgeries due to my previously on closing down. I do NOT recommend registering with them they have cancelled my appointment without reasoning resulting in medically negligence as I can not see a doctor for over a month due to work commitments and have been blocked from being referred to specialise care which I desperately need. This is highly critical due to the already long wait time in the NHS to see specialised practitioners. I have been left stranded in pain and no recourse to medical treatment. I will be taking further action on this matter.
Brilliant. All staff were friendly, caring, professional and approachable. I was so impressed following a recent visit. Both the Nurse and Doctor I met were excellent. The appointment was not rushed and I felt there was sufficient time given for a diagnosis and to discuss treatments. They are hero's. Thank you to Nurse Tracey B and the Doctor sorry I did not have her name.

Was signed in. Sat down only for a couple of minutes, then called in for blood test. Very polite, friendly but professional and efficient Phlebotonist. Thank you
I have been meaning to leave a review for a while. Sadly I feel the practice has significantly declined over the past few years. Whilst I understand the circumstances haven’t been the best and are out of their control, how people choose to react to changing situations and how people choose to treat people is well within the practices control. Contacting the practice is always a last resort when all else fails and you are at your most vulnerable and weakest! General patience and kindness is needed the most at that point. I feel this is seriously lacking at the practice.
Only went for an interview for a position, the ladies on the reception were very polite and helpful.
